The USA Today is quoting WIS in Columbia - which says eight people were arrested because of the pot picture.

Apparently, one of the douchebags was caught trying to sell the bong on eBay for $100K. What an idiot. Of course, the PIO in Columbia says they don't know where the reporter got that information. LOL.
Denial... not just a river.
One of the only people not charged in the case... Michael Phelps, himself.
Fair? Probably not, but neither is life.
PS - I'm not jumping on the "Michael Phelps is bad" bandwagon. I never liked him.
